Our Four-Stage Bathroom Installation Process
Stage One; Getting to know you and your bathroom:
To create the best bathroom for you, our team first needs to understand your bathroom space as well as your family’s must-haves in an ideal bathroom.
Our expert bathroom installation team will visit your property (wearing PPE and adhering to social distancing guidelines at all times) and take some measurements and photos with your permission.
We’ll then take this info and draw up a brief proposal!
Stage Two; Our Initial Bathroom Proposal:
Taking the information we gained from our home visit, the Total Heat and Bathrooms installation team will send a detailed proposal to you. This will include the best bathroom packages we think will be perfect for your family, home, and space.
You’ll receive this proposal within 24hrs of our initial visit; that’s a guarantee! This includes products, a synopsis of our design drawing/s and an email brochure for you to browse at your leisure and pick out your favourites!
We supply all of our own products as we’re supremely confident of their quality and workmanship and the level of guarantee we can offer our customers.
Stage Three; a Second Survey with Samples:
Once you’ve made your final decisions, our installation team will return to your home to undertake a second survey of your current bathroom.
The difference being, we will have some wall and floor samples at hand to showcase how they would look and feel in your bathroom.
We’re big believers in allowing customers to ‘see with their own eyes’ their proposed Total Heat Bathroom.
That way, anything that just doesn’t feel right can be altered before it’s permanently fixed onto a wall or floor!
Step Four; Confirming your bathroom installation with Total Heat:
We’re finally here, the exciting stage!
As soon as you are happy with your choice of bathroom design, we will go through our terms and conditions. This will highlight all materials paid before installation to book deliveries and timeslots.
No further deposit is required, with the final bill being requested on completion with 100% customer satisfaction.
