I have recently had a downstairs WC installed under the stairs and was very pleased with the result. John was always professional when initially emailing, phone calls and visit to survey the area for the new WC. They were prompt to reply and always friendly and helpful to make sure I could get what I was looking for without any pressure. I was very happy with the end result and it was exactly what I was wanting. Would highly recommend!
